ETA from owner response: They were able to move in 3 hours because 75% of furniture that was originally upstairs was moved down to my garage. It wasn’t because of how fast they were moving but because we set it up to be quick. We set y’all up for success. And had 2 additional men to assist. Incorrect I booked on Wednesday 1/24 for my move on yesterday 1/27. It was not an over a week in advance as you’ve depicted in your continued lies. Your “confirmation email” is not clear and concise. I did not send a reply email nor “agree” over the phone because I had received it just before our call ended it with no time to read. Yet another lie. Tell them how I paid a non-refundable deposit before I could even receive your fine print of a confirmation email. Also consumers beware of how there was no mention of my broken furniture from there carelessness. POOR BUSINESS QUALITY. BEWARE!! Choose anyone else! Last minute fees, bait and switch tactics, broken furniture and bad attitudes. Whom ever is answering the phones is very belittling and rude, he needs a corse in customer service ASAP. I’ve never hired movers before and never will again due to our experience, I’d rather move myself.. Very careless. 3 person move where only 2 individuals were actually moving and the driver twiddles his thumbs. They are not located at 77304, it’s actually 77404. Asked about fees told $159 for 3 movers and a $79 travel fee. After paying the non-refundable $50 deposit, I get a confirmation email them saying there’s an additional fee for travel back to 77404, a 40 minute drive for them but they charged an additional $159 hourly rate and if we wanted anything professionally moved and wrapped for transport guess what, that’s additional as well, quoted 180 to wrap 3 pieces of furniture. Less than 3 hours of moving, 5 men total, 3 of which were from this company and $665?? Do not send deposit until they’ve sent and you have read their fine print!! More than half of what was emailed was brand new information after you’ve already locked them in. Robbery. Disgusting. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have use this company for the first time and all I can say is excellent customer service. Yadier was so helpful made my move a smooth and quick process. Will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone looking for professional movers. Thanks a bunch!!!

Javier and Josh are excellent movers. They are so kind and respectful. They made our move so easy. Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future for any of our moving needs.

Pack it movers Conroe was on time they gave me excellent service. They pack my furniture with care and deliver my furniture with care. The one that stood out was Yadier he was very efficient and helpful and nothing was damaged! I will definitely use them again!
