Absolutely Amazing Team, everyone was professional and tentative to our needs. My only regret is not finding them sooner for all of my moves. I would highly recommend this company if you want your packing done right, quick and easy. Also big big shout out to this team, very friendly, gave my son their shirt and hat, for all the assistance he gave. Great company, Amazing team. I'll be looking out for you if I am ever back this way.

BEST experience we have ever had moving!!! We are military and move all of the time so that’s saying a lot! These guys are so thoughtful, caring and go above and beyond!

I’m honestly so jealous everyone has had a great experience with them. We unfortunately did not. The first day, they showed up extremely late and left by 5pm. They spent all of 3 hours there. They came back the next day with 2 more guys, so 5 altogether, one person was nice, everyone else seemed annoyed. We had the two sons of the owner of this moving company there. One didn’t talk and seemed to spend a lot of time in our bathroom, and the other didn’t know answers to a lot of my questions. One employee was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. One of the owners son’s packed my room and had the an old last name and order number on the box and did not cross it out or write our names and order number. I’m glad I checked because the box was already taped up and ready to go. I had to make sure every single damn box had our names on it! And the other names fully crossed out. I understand reusing boxes but cmon I could’ve lost who knows how many things. Once we began unpacking our things it was like the worst Christmas ever! Boxes were labeled incorrectly. Things were labeled to be in certain rooms that did not contain those items! And it doesn’t help we moved into a 3-story house. Most of my shoes were wrapped and shoved in so tightly that once I unpacked them, they were bent and mangled. They also had packed some workout equipment that got so damaged I had to throw it away. They packed everything so tightly that I nearly cut myself opening a picture frame that was completely shattered. Other things like documents and books were also packed so tightly that they came out warped bent. I think the most frustrating thing was the mislabeling of the boxes. And I’m still missing some things which is very odd because they are small random things but cannot be found. I’m not saying that they stole it, but I’m also not ruling it out. Maybe we just got a bad batch of people but I would never ever use them again.

My experience with Conser Moving and Storage was above and beyond excellent! The service was top tier, they were onsite early. Unexpectedly the scope of work changed and increased, Conser happily made adjustments and accommodated our needs. I will definitely be scheduling my next move with Conser and would recommend this company for any move needs, large or small, near or far. 5 Stars experience!
