I don't normally do reviews but when they asked if I would, I knew they deserved a good one! This company was amazing to work with. They alleviated the burden of the entire process. They handled my contents claim from beginning to end! I would definitely recommend them if you have a homeowners insurance claim! Great people and excellent service.

Every employee I came in contact with was very courteous and professional. They packed out my finished basement, hundreds of boxes and 7 rooms of furniture. They did this very quickly while taking care of all my items. All my items were returned without any damage to any of my packed items. There was a scratch on my refrigerator, that they told me about when they brought it in. They tried to find a replacement door but couldn’t find one. They replaced the refrigerator with a new one. They are an amazing company who I would recommend to anyone who needs items packed up and moved.

Matt McBride did a great job all through the process because he would follow-through on things he said he would do. They showed up on time, took care of packing up all my things, and when I needed some extra back-and-forth dealing with my insurance company Matt delivered! I even needed something quick because I had to catch lightning in a bottle to deal with the awful insurance adjuster, and he got it to me quick even though his day was busy. Walker handled the job when I had my stuff moved back in, and he was good too. Ended up tipping the crew on the front and back end of the moves, because they took care of my stuff.
