Communication was good of when the car would arrive and was picked up, however, the delivery driver seemed rushed and in turn damaged the rear shock on my car when unloading. I didn't catch it on the Bill of Lading because I didn't think to look for it but when I took it for a drive, I instantly learned about the problem.

Please for the love of god teach the truck driver what a turning lane is and how to use it. Over the past 3 years, I’ve been stuck behind the driver waiting to turn left more times than I can count. It’s not a hard turn to make you do not need to block traffic to turn into your business!

Bad communication. I had my vehicle not delivered to destination, Driver disappeared when was told was going to ATM for Cash because they lied and told me I can pay by cash or card DRIVER SAID CASH ONLY.. coming back 10-15 mins with cash in hand DRIVER was no where to be found not only that … they took my car to a storage that’s charging me daily for it sitting they told me they can bring it back Monday, the next their saying Thursday and now they want us to pay for failed delivery the storage fees and to have a new driver. All while I never received any paperwork contract agreement etc. had to make numerous calls to get a hold of somebody. ITS NOT ROGHT FOR ME TO BE CHARGED ALL THIS UNNECESSARY CHARGES WHEN I HAD THE MONEY AT TIME OF ACTUAL AGREEMENT TO THE REQUESTED DESTINATION. If these people was more professional with tone of voice and professionalism I would be happy to refer but to he did me wrong. ANYBODY THAT REQUEST FOR SERVICE BY THEM PLEASE TALK TO THE RIGHT PERSON ABOUT WHAT SERVICES YOU NEED. they say they cash only but now that they did damage they can accept Zelle, cashapp etc.

Delivered a 2021 vehicle with front end damage. Claiming it was not their fault. How can a vehicle leave a dealership with no damage and show up with damage? Refuses to pay for damage. Never received a bill of lading or did an inspection of vehicle when delivered. Accusing us of driving it when the vehicle has not been plated. This is a business vehicle. Can not get plates or drive the vehicle until it is fixed. Delivers $75,000 vehicles with out asking for Identification. Extremely poor customer service. Will not even recommend them to move a Hot Wheels Car!!! Update: Vehicle was turned around to back into garage. Not driven down the street. Driver hid the inspection and bill of lading portion of paperwork with another piece of paper with customers info. Driver did not go over inspection or paperwork with customer. Driver did not give customer a copy or offer a bill of lading or inspection paperwork. Asked for copy of bill of lading. Took 10 hours to email one.
