My basement flooded. I called Cooper’s professional asking for a quote & availability due to my circumstances, they schedule me for a next day at 12 noon appointment. They arrived 15 minutes early they move all my things to a storage unit. I was very pleased with my experience they were awesome. When I move my belongs back, Cooper’s professional will receive a call from me.. Great Job Guys!!!!

I gave this company the benefit of the doubt. One thing I will learn to regret. Do not use this company unless you want every single one of your furniture pieces damaged, Floors damaged And walls damaged. After speaking with the representative over the phone and answering all of her questions about my move, things like what types of furniture if it was a second level or first level if there were any big appliances and she quoted me $600 total. That would include everything including the drive. The movers came in and mandandled everything in my apartment meanwhile I was being kind and courteous giving them multiple bottles of water and even food they were throwing things around like they are being paid to damage items.. once we get to the new location they tell me my balance. And it's $200 more than what I was quoted. And it had to be paid before they unloaded anything. So I paid and watched as they were throwing furniture around and breaking boxes. After the fact I called the company to get some compensation only to be told I'm out of luck, their insurance only covers things when they're in pieces.. do yourself a huge favor and find a different company. Take it from me. Here are just a few photos of some things that were damaged. Good luck if you still decide to use them l.

Chris and Demetrius came within the specified time period, were very patient and friendly. Downtown Detroit can be hectic on a Monday morning but as soon as they greeted me, I was confident they were going to get the job done. They did. Quickly and efficiently. Easy to get along with, cool guys. Definitely looking them up for my moving needs.

Coopers Professional Movers were just like the names says very professional and cost efficient. When I originally reached out to them, they were very timely in responding. On the day of the move they were prompt and and equally efficient in their work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move!

Coopers professional movers were excellent. The two men were professional, experience, polite and funny. I didn’t have to do anything, whatever I needed done they were right there with no complaints. They were on time and finished in a timely matter. I would definitely use them again and again.
