I hired a moving company to move everything out of my first floor to get my floors redone. They left me with a big china cabinet because they said it was too heavy, which it absolutely is, and in an awkward spot. But they had no problems charging me full price even though that was the one thing I couldn't move myself. They had also scooted it across my wooden floor, creating a very long indentation the floor guy couldn't fully get out. Josh was able to come out and get me taken care of before the floor guy showed up. He took great care not to scratch my floor or damage the china cabinet, and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He even wrapped it with plastic wrap to keep it secure and scratch free. He made sure to walk with me to make sure we were on the same page and even handled more objects the other company hadn't moved. He gave precise instructions to his helper to make sure every step was thought out before they did anything. I was so impressed, I hired them to move all my stuff back. Again, absolutely no scratches on a newly refinished floor. They weren't the cheapest, but I've hired multiple moving companies before that were not this professional and they were almost as expensive. Save yourself the extra expense or the inexperienced movers who might damage your things and just go with Josh. You'll be very glad you did.

Josh and his team moved a baby grand piano for us and did a wonderful job. They were courteous, professional and each greeted us with a handshake and introduction. We were impressed with Josh’s knowledge and professionalism. Josh explained the process to me prior and then he and his team executed it just as he’d said. Josh and team are top notch. Our movers Greg, Jimmy, and Rob were so organized, efficient, professional, pleasant, and an overall power crew making our move happen on a very hot and humid day. Courtesy Movers was a great service to us! They were the most affordable option by about $30/hr. There was great communication leading up to the day of the move and Josh was quick to answer all of my questions. They did arrive about 45 minutes late but did call to let us know a previous job ran over and we were not charged for move time until they arrived. We moved a full home with large appliances and tight corners and only ended up with a minor scratch and small corner dent in the house which was VERY impressive. Overall, great job and appreciate the efficiency of the move. Would use again!
