If you’re assigned to Covan aka Coleman moving out of Fayetteville, you should request someone else. They will hire packers and movers who do not care about your things, which is supposed to be part of their job. From cramming my couch into the crate, which is why the frame was broken from ever angle possible, causing a huge indentation on the left side, there’s no longer any support, leaving the frame sagging to the floor, and pieces jutting out of it, to rolling items down my stairs because they couldn’t be bothered to carry them down. Packaging was a joke, wrapping the majority of my items rather than boxing them and even wrapping furniture with legs and stands still attached rather than breaking them down before packaging. I’ll update later but so far it doesn’t look any better for the claims process. Imagine offering $500 for the replacement of a $3,000 couch that is no longer functional. .

Terrible movers. How can your trailers leak water when your whole operations revolves around moving people good. Mattresses couches and personal items wet. About 15% of my goods were damaged. At least they didn't lose anything..

Worst moving experience of our lives. Both the crew who loaded our household goods in Florida and the crew on this end here in Fayetteville were dishonest and stole from us, not to mention that the majority of our furniture and all of our mattresses were not wrapped or padded whatsoever so most of it was damaged and we even had a queen mattress entirely vanish. This company, across the board, hires criminals and immature young adults who receive no accountability or repercussions for thievery or not doing their jobs. Here in Fayetteville we had items that were moved by us, that didn’t even come off the moving truck, that were stolen out of our garage on the day our stuff was unloaded. We Spoke to “quality control” and all we got was arguments and disrespect. If I had the money I’d sue this company. Please please don’t pay this company a dime to ruin or steal your belongings! If the military assigns this company to you please contact your local transportation office and demand to have your moving company switched!

The most immature people i’ve ever seen. I got home and had to wait 20 minutes for them to stop throwing water bottles and running around my yard so I could park. When I got to the door of my house, they had the audacity to speed in my neighborhood in their truck and honk at me twice. Absolutely awful experience, I would look elsewhere to pay for moving.

If you are a honest hard working person and you don't have energy or time to waste behind others mishaps or confusion. You should never work for or spend your hard earned money at this place. Their current leadership makes it a practice to work you over, not pay your fare wages and will lie in your face when confronted about your pay or belongings. Although there are a awesome handful of people working there trying to make it through. The management is low-ball, degrading and dishonest. The facilities and working conditions are herable & the pay rate is below going rate in other places for the same work or less. Storing your goods here is totally out of the question not to count there's more dust and grime in the warehouse than the parking lot. I would advise you to look in the way of Nelson/Mayflower or another competitor in the area if the need positions it self. #NotTheWayToGo #BadBusiness #Warning #FindAnother #TurnAway #NotThePick #NoGood #Changelanes #GoTheOtherWay #ThisPlaceSucks #YouCanDoBetter
