I have enjoyed working here for the last 3 years. If you take care of your job, the customer, and look out for the company they will work with you on any issues. I love my fleet managers and have a good team partner which can be hard to find, but if you resolve to not be petty and work together it can be rewarding. Team driving isn't for everyone, some people will complain about anything, but if you put money first, you can get past most teaming issues.

Super sad to say this company has gone down the drain recent years. So much potential but no one that cares to manage drivers correctly. I understand it's business first but your number one commodity isn't the commodity itself. It's the drivers! I was here on and off for almost 3 years. Covenant changed my life , I made almost 6 figures because of this job. I first started off with Taylor and Webb and by far these guys were the best managers! Caring, informative, communicative and honest!! Something that the rest of the managers are lacking now. I left covenant because I'm getting married so I needed to be home more and I've had the same co driver for over two years. And they can't even accept a simple eto request so my best man can attend my wedding!! I've tried to go through and reach the appropriate channels but it's an endless maze. I feel like a trapped lab rat that's running but going no where. I know every company has rules and policy but come on every request of hometime is like pulling teeth. It's so frustrating. Covenant use to be good when they had Pomona and Taylor and Webb now it's a circus unfortunately. Sad , given the potential this company has!

Driver of truck 231309 needs to be retrained. When a driver let's you over to let another driver on to the Freeway DO NOT sit in the passing lane like a dumbass and block the flow of traffic get back over. You caused ATLEAST 15 semi trucks to pile up behind. MOVE OVER!!!!

This company is a joke! The staff is very rude and act like you’re bothering them when asking questions. No kind of communication! Since the first day i got there for orientation there was so many red flags.. dorms look like a penitentiary, showers and restrooms are DISGUSTING. Please stay far away from this company. The older cafeteria lady with blonde hair is racist and certainly hates her job. You should tell your staff to smile more covenant very depressing environment. They know how to sell a good image. I will not be recommending this company to ANYONE.

Pros. 1. Nice people here and pay is good. 2. Good equipment as long as the platform science is working properly Cons 1. Has a verity of trucks but only run freightliners for teams. 2. If your truck is having issues they give that old line "we don't have any open trucks right now." So be expecting to sit till the truck is fixed or by chance they have an open truck. 3. Weekday dispatch does not communicate with weekend dispatch so you have to inform weekend dispatch about what's going on. 4. They try and force you to get all endorsements when you don't feel safe hauling certain things. If people actually read this then you don't have to reply well call us at this number and we will go over some things. I have left multiple ideas and feedback in the servay on the app which I think you guys don't even look at
