I worked here for about 3 months. The first truck I drove had the engine light on from day 1, I wrote it up every pretrip and Post-Trip and nobody ever asked me about it. Finally that truck just quit because the problem was just ignored. The 2nd truck I was put in had even more problems, the heat didn't work at all, the A/C worked when it wanted to, the window controls in the driver's door were completely gone. I was not able to open either window, I couldn't adjust the mirrors and had no mirror heat for foggy mornings. The air lines weren't properly adjusted and had way too much slack in them, while making a u turn in the yard the air lines got caught and the edge of the chassis and broke both glad hands of the trailer, because of that at my 90 day review I was told my probationary was being extended an extra 60 days. 2 days later with another driver in the truck I saw the parts changers (they are not mechanics) in the yard replacing 2 broken glad hands. The pay is real good, but they hire so many drivers that there isn't enough work. The last month I was there I didn't even hit 40 hours. There are so many drivers for such little work that it's a struggle just to get 8 hours a day.

I’ve work here for almost 9months 🤦🏼‍♂️ 9months driving without ac, all of the equipment are old they got mechanics but not real. Reason i quit bc the terminal manager trying to forcing me to come to work without babysitter for my kids with 3 and 2yrs old!
