First, the bottom line is that our containers arrived and everything was mostly in one piece. But, getting to that stage was a headache. It all started out well--super responsive and professional. And then we made our first payment and then getting any info and response required multiple attempts every time. I asked about insurance for our goods and it was like I was asking for protected national secrets. I couldn't get a straight answer. And then the owner got on a call with us to explain how insurance works in the industry. It was quite helpful and ended with us being promised a document that would outline our choices. Weeks passed and multiple reminders sent requesting the info. I then got very worried we were being scammed and implied as much which resulted in the owner sending an incredibly unprofessional and out of line email. The kicker to all of it though: the day of our move, the movers never showed up. We had to reach out multiple times to ask when they would be arriving. It wasn't until 4pm that it became clear that they would not be arriving. Luckily, my husband and I had been loading our containers all day already, but we also had an elderly relative who we were moving and just couldn't do it all on our own (thus hiring help for this part). We had a plane to catch and no way to make it all happen so late in the game. Ended with canceling flights and having to get a hotel room. We were promised a $400 refund that took a dozen emails and 4.5 months for them to actually give us. Would I recommend using them? Absolutely not. I wish we had gone with a more reputable company as it would have saved HOURS of my life.

Excellent Service and very attentive staff. Michelle was always responsive and always professional. I also interacted with other staff and they are well spirited.

This company is a joke... Office staff including the owner...
