If I could give negative stars I would. The actual movers were nice but the warehouse manager and the owner are unprofessional like no other. Not to mention there was multiple crushed boxed with fragile stuff in it, broken bookshelf for my kids and who knows what else. I will definitely be contacting the BBB about this company. And not to mention the owner was extremely disrespectful to not only me but my kids mother. They gave us multiple dates and multiple different times they would deliver the household goods and never met one of those time hacks. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I really hope the owner has a good lawyer because after everything the him and the warehouse manager has put us through they will need it. If you ever think about using CR7 moving and storage, I promise you want to rethink this because you will regret ever minute of this.

My move was outsourced to this company by another company I had hired otherwise I wouldn't have hired them. If for some reason you do go with this company, make sure EVERYTHING you own is secure and hard to open if you don't want anything stolen. I was informed that at some point, while in transit, my items were removed from the first moving truck that they were loaded on (which is already suspicious), and I could tell that my plastic tubs had been rifled through when they arrived because the clothing that was inside was unfolded and it was clear everything had just been crumbled up and thrown back into the tubs. I also had a $200 purse stolen. This was never resolved. It's a shame that businesses can't just do right by their customers.

SCAMMERS!! I was quoted for approx. 600cf of belongings. I measured my packed belonging and furniture myself and came to a similar number. However, on the day of pickup they doubled the cubic feet. Then, they refused to honor a $1450 discount and are also refusing to honor a month of storage. It has only been a few days since the date of pickup and they are already calling me asking for money because my free month is over. I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR PROOF OF MEASUREMENTS AND THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE IT.

DO NOT USE this Company. It is Trash. It is a horrible moving company. I was scammed into using CR7 Moving Company. they overcharged me the day they picked up my items and lied about the square footage of my move being bigger than what they were told. They changed the originally quoted price three times and They doubled it every time. They broke my desk and vanity. Their insurance company has not paid my refund after several months. I have called them several times and every time they told me next Friday they will send the check, but they have not sent me any check. I am really sick of them.

I wish I could give this company zero stars our experience was that bad. We were forced to pay additional money when the drivers showed up or they would leave. Do not expect any of your belongings to be handled with any care what so ever! 90% of our stuff had damage. Look how they organized everything...we had to watch this dumbfounded! Stay away!
