Just moved about 250 miles within the state of NC and my experience with Crabtree Family Moving was great. I called around many places for quotes and Crabtree was the most affordable option I found; Grayson was very helpful and assisted me with my quote and it ended up being a fairly straightforward process. Movers (Cameron, Trey, and Justin) showed up on at my apartment on time and were friendly and careful with all of the furniture/boxes. They dropped off the items the next day with the same level of service and managed to get their truck up my driveway which I was worried about (sorry!). None of my items received damage. The quoted price is what I ended up being charged and there were no surprise fees or extra costs even though I had some slight variations from my initial quote. The only minor gripe I had is that I booked my move fairly early on and I did not receive confirmation calls/emails/texts as the move drew near other than the night before the day of the move. I was told early on that I would get a confirmation call as the move drew closer. When that didn’t happen I ended up calling them about a week prior to confirm everything was still good to go and it was, so it did not end up being a big deal. Overall I would highly recommend Crabtree Family Moving. I’ve moved half a dozen or so times in my adult life and this was by far the smoothest.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Our wonderful experience started with Austin, he was great and worked with us on our quick turnaround move we needed. The team was amazing and ROCKED it! Not only were they professional, careful and polite but they had the BEST work ethic, great attitudes and they were fun!! I highly recommend.
