I worked for this company for 7yrs. They are not honest. They don't mean Whatever is on contract. They hold your money once they get read of you they never pay you. If you involve in accident they use your vehicle insurance to pay for their cargo and they take you responsible to pay for their trailer. They tell you to open maintenance account which thay deduct money from your paycheck every week and you will never get that money back. Incase anything happen on trailer they Make you pay to fix. At first they play so genuine but the end you will see their true color. Whoever is driving for them currently please review that contract properly. Whoever is coming on board make sure this is what you want. If you have bobtail insurance with them kindly find your own caverage otherwise you will cry alone. once their trailer or cargo involve in accident forget about your truck money. If you know what's best for you please don't fall into their trap. Anyway they lie about light load but their load is very heavy.

I was very skeptical and leery about coming to Craig Transport. I had been with my last carrier for many years. Over a decade. And when I initially inquired about Craig it was just a random thought. Not really going to do it. I was looking for more consistency in my work schedule. But not really looking to change. There were a few issues during the application. None of which were mine or Craig’s fault. But during all the issues they pulled through and got it done as did I. Since I came on board and it’s coming on to two years now… everything has been top quality. A 1 company! They do what they say and say what they do. Not one time in the almost 2 years have I had an issue with anything. An absolutely outstanding company to contract with!!!!

Worse trucking company ever . They are a gang when I called first time to ask about owner operator position they said they have a lot of dedicated runs I drove 600 miles to do the orientation spent $300 dollars fuel plus tolls. Then the dispatcher started sending me work. Completely different than the run I was supposed to do , right before Christmas I stayed 1 week in home without work every time I call the lady who help the dispatcher say when we get something we will let you know with bad attitude her name is Elissa nasty lady I ever work with . They sent me security deposit after 45 days. Big big liers . Not recommended for owner operator

I have been working very closely with Craig Transportation since August. Eric and Brian have been extremely reliable, their communication is great and both my and my customer's experience have been fantastic. Hope to continue working with Craig Transportation in the future.
