I made an in-home appointment almost a month ago and never got a call or a voicemail from the store after that. I clearly remember the representative I spoke with saying my appointment was booked and she had also confirmed the address. Suddenly, out of the blue I get an email saying there was an appointment scheduling error and that they do not have an address or any information pertaining to that appointment and are overbooked that day currently. I called the store at the number provided in the email and got to know that in-home appointments might be booked until end of October. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with container store for close to 2 months now. I am neither able to book online because of website issues nor able to do over phone. This is the second time my appointment was booked correctly but later canceled by the store citing scheduling issues! With the kind of bad experience I have had with just booking an appointment with the store, I wouldn’t want to proceed with designing the closets in my home. I dread how it would be to get the container store closet solutions delivered and installed!! I would never recommend this store to anyone and might as well go with other brands that know how to treat their customers right.

One of the best places to get all your things organized. I mean ALL sorts of things: they have solutions for all places in your house and even outside of it. The prices are high but usually things are unique so it worth the price. There is a drawing table for kids on the second floor so you can keep them busy while looking around. Staff is absolutely friendly and helpful.

Nerdvana for the organization lovers! Every aisle has something you'll likely love and want to buy - even if you don't need it. :) Specially as it relates to travel stuff. Two storeys, well organized in a bright and airy store. Prices are on the high side, but can't beat the convenience. Lots of staff, very friendly.

It is ALL about organizing, storing and etc. Two levels of containers, organizers, [home] office stuff, shelves, hangers (I haven't seen so many I all my life), and many others. Just walking and watching makes your life more organized I think.
