I really enjoy working here. This company keeps you rolling. I know times are tough now in the whole trucking industry. I’ve worked here for 4 years and never have I had any issues with company. They don’t micromanage you at all. I drive a 2022 Volvo no issues at all. Any mechanical problems with trailers or truck they fix immediately. Dispatch team is real nice and professionals. I’m always back home on time every time I request time off. Never do I have to worry about my paycheck always gets deposited every Friday.

I had one of their trucks run me off the highway in Washington State this past winter and take out my mirror. I had to chase down the truck to get the information off of it and then made a report with state patrol. They told me to contact the company, which I did, sent everything they asked for, including pictures and the estimate to fix, and now they are ignoring me. I’m lucky I wasn’t killed and then be treated like this. I am currently in the process of filing a claim in Clark County district court.

Driver of theirs running a Penske rental with their trailer w868-- made a dangerous pass on an uphill, on a two lane highway, with a blind hillcrest. Nevada 318 county NY mp 9, at 12:30 on 7/16/24. He was The Fat Punjab driver with a fridge in the passenger seat. I will upload camera footage later if needed

A lot of companies use. This old saying they treat you like family. Whose family. Pros: Crazy Horse treats you with respect. As a person, as a driver male or female. The company does actually care about you. If you can drive and drive well, live in or close to Las Vegas then this is where you want to work. You will drive newer maintained trucks with on-site mechanics 6 days a week to handle any repair situation. If you break down on the road ( as a driver it can happen) A quick call to dispatch will help solve your issue to get you up and rolling ASAP. If looking for a trucking home, here it is

I worked for this company for a little over a month, unfortunately I had to leave due to medical procedures (I ended up leaving NV). Overall it was an excellent experience! There are always things in trucking you would do differently (as a driver looking at a company you work for) but these guys pay well and keep you rolling. If you live in LV, you’ll reset weekly at home, which is awesome considering the pay! At the end of the day, it’s total miles and CPM, plus is the equipment decent enough to make money with. They have great mileage (close to, or over 3000 miles per week) and excellent pay. Ryder trucks in good to excellent condition. They have top notch and friendly mechanics on deck if anything pops up that would be a waste of time to take to Ryder for repair (I had a minor AC issue, fixed on the spot). If you’re a serious driver (run hard), wanting to make money, look this company up. They mainly cover ID, OR, WA, UT and NV. Helena and Mickey were both incredibly professional and kind. Tell them I send my regards.
