My mom has her belongings in storage and I’ve been trying to access her unit for the past 2 weeks but every time I go there is a vehicle blocking her unit. The vehicle has a flat tire and has been flat every single time I’ve gone there. The guy who owns the vehicle is extremely rude and confrontational. I’m pretty sure he is living inside the unit he rents. He always has a huge mess of his belongings outside scattered across the isle which doesnt allow people to drive down the aisle. I’ve seen other people that seem to be living there as well. I will be moving my mother’s belongings to a different facility as soon as possible. Terrible experience

I wish I had the option for more stars than 5!! Atiba is great, he goes above and beyond to make sure your rental experience is great. The facilities are always clean inside out. He treats you like family!! Every time you see him he greets you with a great big smile and a warm welcoming hello. Keep up the great work Atiba

I paid for my unit online got gate passcode then went to Crestwood IL location with a full truck and movers at 4pm on Thursday during regular posted business hours, to find out that I need to purchase a special lock that is only available at the facility. That wouldn’t have been a problem but for some reason the office decided to close 2 hours early. So I tried calling number on door they weren’t able to get a hold of anyone so I drove to two hardware stores to buy a lock and none were available. So then I drove to two other I storage locations in area and both of those locations decided to close early also. I talked to multiple people on phone that weren’t willing to help me in anyway and I strongly suggest finding a reputable company to rent from not I storage or any of the storage companies they own. If the office can’t stay open during business hours then they shouldn’t require u to purchase a lock from them. This is no way to do business

I have two units here, they are so incredibly fair with the prices and Atiba, the staff member is absolutely amazing! He is very hardworking and does his best to satisfy his costumers. I highly recommend this storage facility!
