Horrible experience with international shipping. Its been over 4 months and they cannot locate the shipment or the documents. Everything about their assurances is fake including their bond. Do not believe a word they tell you, especially their so-called logistics and cargo "specialist", Maha Hajaj. She is either completely incompetent or totally dishonest. What would I expect from a former used car sales person. How she is able to call her self a "specialist", I have no idea. You may as well just throw your product and money down the drain if you do business with these people. Her boss, Stephen Zambo and their Sales director Mike Brandano are even worse if that is possible. They have ignored all my messages and refuse to be held accountable for losing my cargo. I have lost a great deal of business and money and I would not recommend these clowns to my worst enemy.
