Called them to schedule an in home estimate. A guy named Jeff was supposed to come out and do an estimate on a Tuesday at 9:30. I waited until 9:45 and called as no one showed up. They told me that he was on his way to me but was running late due to traffic. I got a call from the estimator 10-15 mins later saying he hit a pot hole I guess and needed to check his vehicle. I offered to reschedule and I totally understand stuff like that so we rescheduled for 9:30 am the next day. He showed the next day on time and we went through everything and he told me he’d get my estimate emailed over to me later that day. We’ve been super busy as anyone would be preparing to move and I noticed I still hadn’t gotten an email from him or anyone from the company after almost 2 weeks since he came to do my in home estimate. I called the company number and asked to speak to Jeff. He wasn’t in. I told them the situation and the lady I spoke to said she’d get my message you home right away and have him call me. Yeah that was about a week ago and still no call from anyone from the company or estimate in my email. And before you ask, yes I have checked both my spam and junk folder. If this company can’t even get you a moving estimate I can’t imagine how they drop the ball scheduling to move all your belongings. Completely unprofessional, disfuncional, and clearly cannot communicate. Do not use these guys to move.

Chaun, Jerry, and Ryan move my fiancé and me this weekend and they were absolutely amazing! The showed up early, looked and acted extremely professional. They also were very careful moving antiques but also man handled my gun safe like it was an empty box. I asked for help moving some extra items and they did it without hesitation. Karen was the one that talked me through the booking and moving process and was a dream to work with! I would 100% use them again and highly recommend them!
