I am so disappointed! The initial pick up went smoothly. Guy and his team were on time. Everything was wrapped safely and secured. But between guy dropping off the items to be stored, and the next delivery being picked up, items were damaged, water damage. Items were crushed. Clothes were ruined. Furniture was ruined. Is there no reputable moving company! So far, the company has been helpful as far as stating that I can make a claim. But who knows where that will go… Water damage is outside the norm. Yes one of my chairs was broken, but sometimes that happens during moves. But to have these things ruined is totally unacceptable. And on top of this, I do believe that items are missing. according to the inventory sheet, there are 8-10 missing items. The delivery team insisted that they had done the inventory from what was held in the storage unit. I am sure that they did. But I still feel as though things are missing we won’t know until we go through everything.

Lots of things broken and missing. Including a $400 Cricket craft machine (GONE). An oversized floor lamp arrived in broken pieces! The website I was sent for claims says 6+ months for a resolution. Nobody from the company called after the move to confirm my satisfaction. And they doubled the price when they arrived after taking half a deposit. The movers showed up in crocks. Never recommending to anyone!

These guys were amazing! They were super flexible and able to work with my scheduling conflicts. All of my stuff was super organized and labeled and I felt relieved knowing that all of my things were in good hands. Super careful with everything and even packed up and wrapped everything really well. Definitely recommend!

If you are looking for reliable movers with professional workers and great price call cross country moving. We had best experience with them Lisa held us with everything we need, the movers on the day of the move did amazing job. The handle each box with extra care, all our furniture was warped and even add extra cushion in corners for extra protection. On the day of the delivery also was amazing service.
