Title: AVOID CROSS COUNTRY LIKE THE PLAGUE - Worst Experience Ever! Rating: -10/10 (if that's even possible) I'm still fuming after the disastrous experience I had with Cross Country Road Transport Company. We were supposed to depart at 7 AM, but after waiting for THREE HOURS, we still weren't able to leave! Unbelievable. But that was just the beginning. The staff were completely unhelpful, rude, and aggressive. They seemed to take pleasure in our frustration and discomfort. When I tried to complain, they became confrontational and dismissive. It was like they were competing in some sort of "who can be the most obnoxious" contest. The lack of communication, organization, and basic human decency was staggering. Cross Country Road Transport Company clearly doesn't care about their customers or their experiences. Avoid this company like the plague! Don't waste your time or money on their subpar services. 1/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy. In fact, I'd advise against recommending them to anyone. Cross Country Road Transport Company is a complete disaster.

Cross Country transport I give my candid review as follows, every business should be handled with utmost care if it must stand the test of time. You don't leave on time not once that I've used your company from Lagos to Accra. Tonight a very stupid driver who just returned from Ghana I guess handed his passengers whom he ought to have taken to their terminal to our bus that is supposed to start it's own journey to Accra this is about 10.30pm we're still trying to manuover our way out of the terrible Ikotun gridlock. This is despicable to say the least.

It's the Yaba terminal of Cross Country Transport. You can travel from the terminal to Accra, Lome, or Cotonou. In fact, Cross Country embarks on night travel to the aforementioned destinations.

Terrible experience with this company. Outrageous cargo and shipping prices. They should not be in business they are a complete rip-offs (Rogues) Don't waste your time here

This is the absolute worst travel company that I have encountered. Right from the customer care representative when I called, I should have figured that something was off because he was so rude and nonchalant when I called to inquire about their service. Then they claimed to have buses going to NYSC Bayelsa orientation camp, but this was false. I was told to arrive at the park by 6:30 am, but the bus didn’t even start loading until almost 8 am. Imagine my shock when I was dropped off at Ijebu-ode with the promise that the vehicle taking me to my destination was close. I was dropped at Ijebu-ode around 10:40 am, but the said vehicle didn’t arrive until 4 pm. No form of compensation was offered; instead, we were given gala and a bottle of Pepsi 😏. The driver didn’t apologize for keeping us waiting. Before we left Ijebu ode, we were informed that we would make a stop at Warri, so that we can get somewhere safe to sleep. But without informing us (the passengers), the driver left Warri, and when we got to someplace unknown, he parked where trucks stop and told us that is where we would be passing the night. This was around 11 pm; we asked to be taken back to Warri, but he refused saying that Warri is too far behind. So we passed the night (about3-4hours)there. When we arrived at Bayelsa, we were not dropped in front of the camp as promised with the excuse that he would be beaten if he does. He dropped my colleague and me in the middle of nowhere, and we had to walk for about 20-30 mins, and all this was before dawn. P.S: Did I mention that on that same vehicle (ended up being an old Sienna- with no air conditioner) had people going to Warri, Bayelsa, and Akwa Ibom? Did I also mention that we were charge 35,000naira for this trip?
