Lorenzo and his crew were very professional yet friendly. They were very patient and careful, yet fast. They were super strong. One part of my cat's "tree" did get broken off, but they fixed it. It's probably more secure now than it was before. They set up the main pieces in our bedroom, kitchen and living room, basically helping us decide on how to best design them! Who does that?! ProMovers do. Lastly, they were very fair with their pricing. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving.

Lorenzo and his crew are fantastic. Super professional and had a local move done in less than 2 hours. They take the time to wrap all the furniture in protective blankets, and can maneuver large furniture through small NYC spaces like no other. The guys even helped set up the living room a bit and gave some good ideas on where to place furniture. Overall a 10/10 experience. If you’re moving I HIGHLY recommend ProMovers!

Highly recommend! Best moving experience I’ve ever had. Super professional and on time. The team took such great care of my belongings from point A to point B, communicated very well, and there are no hidden fees like the big moving companies. I would give 6 stars if I could! Lorenzo, Angel, and Jacob were an amazing team today! They took great care of my late grandmother's display cabinet. It was a solid, massive, piece of furniture and they got it through our narrow railroad apartment and down to the first floor with zero damage. It was done quickly, but with great care and respect. I would call these guys again for any moving or junk hauling needs. Also, can't beat the price, professionalism, and the clear communication!
