The Best. Nice Young Lady, very helpful even after they were closed. They'll always get my business. But I do miss the Red-Headed Step-Dog. Never did me any harm.

Used Crossroads Storage for several years and never had any issues. They keep the yard clean. Never had a rodent issue. My friend had a storage up the road and it was always full of droppings and dead mice. I've never saw mouse droppings at Crossroads. Contacting management is easy. If they miss a call, they return it everytime. Not saying to be late but there was times when I forgot to pay on time and they never made me feel bad about it. They politely called to let me know I missed it but we're not rude or disrespectful in any way. Always felt my belongings were safe there 😁. Like any outside storage, you will get dust inside, but they do what they can to remove extra dust and debris from the area. I do recommend this storage facility.

Very helpful from start to finish. Casa Grande is growing fast. Every storage facility is full. Had to go on a waiting list months in advance. They called us when the size we needed came available. Friendly, courteous phone service. We had a large truck. Lisa offered to drive us to our unit. (She also drives a school bus.) After unloading, a few items wouldn't fit. They offered to help us with those. Doug offered to help us drive the (long) truck out. (He used to drive tanks in the army.) Would we recommend them to others? Definitely!

Having storage units there and having stored there for over 7 years now I have dealt with all their staff at least several times each. All of the staff there have treated me as if any issue I have has was important to them, even issues not defined by "storage rental service" such as helping me to find muscle to help me move heavy things. I have found they all go out of their way to work with a customer on all issues. I also checked vehicle moving because I rented a car trailer there a few times. They have a very complete database on "what can tow what" which sure prevents headaches later because you tried something that wouldn't work. After checking everywhere, I also found their prices to be among the most competitive. Which I imagine is why they stay full. But they have a waiting list so if you can wait on the list to get in, worth it!
