Jose was great in picking up my vehicle in Novato a couple weeks ago as part of my move. The pickup was delayed from morning until late evening because of short staffing but Jose was willing to work super late and take on additional work to come pick up my car. Kudos to him!

Crown was subcontracted through United Van Lines for our move to Minnesota. The process was professional and thorough from start to finish, with a knowledgable and friendly crew. Nothing onsite was damaged and everything arrived intact. I know there's always a random factor when hiring a team of movers, and it can sometimes just depend on luck and who you get on that day. But Crown seemed to do everything they could as a company to deliver (no pun intended) A+ service.
