Boy has this delivery company dropped…. We’ve used them in the past for different houses not only never had a problem, but we’re delighted….until today. We paid for delivery and set up and only got delivery because the headboard on our bed needed to be affixed to the wall, which they claim they don’t affix anything to the walls, despite having hung artwork in the past at this very same house. So I asked, why didn’t you look at the instructions? They claim they don’t look at the instructions, but they do offer to set up furniture??? Hardly makes sense they’re not going to take a look at instructions when they offer set up.. They called us up a week ago to tell us a certain amount and then today it was completely different. The difference was only a few hundred dollars, but does anyone at the Crown of today think about the customer service they gave their customers when it was crown of yesteryear? They also sent a guy here who didn’t even know he was setting up to begin with. Crown was once a very good company, and has morphed into a complete mess. I would never use them again.

The staff were nice and friendly. But the company receiving policy is a disaster.. As a trucker, we sign for "x" number of wrapped and undamaged skids. Their policy is to take off the wrap. Open all boxes, unpack, remove foam and remove any coverings. Then they mark on bill of laden all, cuts, nicks , crushed, soiled and any other defects. Truck drivers, be prepared to be unnecessary detained at crown warehouse.

Crown Warehouse and Delivery Services is top notch!!! I am a designer and we use them for every delivery!! The guys are professional and very accommodating!! They have great attention to detail and are great inspecting pieces when they come in!! The whole Crown team is amazing.
