Crown United moved us out of state recently and did a very professional job. Jorge Castro was our estimator, and he is the BEST !! If you use them, ask for Jorge. He was accurate and careful in his estimate, and the actual weight was only off a little bit over, which was our fault because we had to ship some items we had not originally expected to ship when he came for the estimate. He made careful notes to make certain that heirlooms and other fragile items were protected. Jorge is very honest, and that is refreshing after dealing with a small lesser known company that was not honest, lied about where our things would be stored, would not return our phone calls [and demanded a NON-refundable $2,000 deposit] Don't let yourself get pressured into ANY deposits ! Check out the Yelp reviews before you sign any contracts !! Our move had to be repeatedly delayed [had to change the date 3 times !!] due to not being able to close escrow on our house. Jorge and Cathy Williams, dispatcher --were both very patient, understanding and helpful to us as we were dealing with the extreme stress and frustration of not being able to move when planned. The crew put down carpet protectors when asked to, and wore shoe protectors to keep the carpets clean. They accidentally took two of OUR moving pads, but went out of their way to make sure that they returned them asap. We had to have our belongings delivered to a self storage (out of state), and they were very good about letting us know exactly when the truck would arrive so that we could be there to receive the shipment. They did a good job of unloading into the storage unit. We are planning another out of state move soon, and will only use Crown United. They are a truly professional company. Some companies get your shipment and then try to inflate the price, threatening to KEEP your belongings until you pay the new, inflated price--sometimes even DOUBLE what they originally told you it would be. Beware of companies that won't take credit cards! That is real 'red flag'.

Last week I moved from Sacramento California to New Braunfels Texas. I chose the Sacramento office of Crown United to handle my move. Jorge Castro acted as surveyor for my estimate. Jorge is an exceptionally courteous and pleasant man, in addition to being very knowledgeable and experienced in his line of work. He was a pleasure to deal with. He is an outstanding credit to Crown United. His assistant, Cathy Williams, was also exceptional in assisting me.The packing day went smoothly and quickly, with two great guys working to pack and load for me. I was very happy with the cost and service from Sacramento Crown United. I highly recommend this team.

I had a great experience with Patrick. He was very prompt and great with communication. I've delt with various companies who had unfortunately damaged my property. I am thankful I did not have to deal with those circumstances here at Crown.
