Saftey manager Larry asked me to lead a snow chaining class, he told me “”I will get you a jacket, few shirts, hats gloves ”” I never received anything for my time. Even after reminding him 3 separate occasions, I can only say that he stole from me….he stole my time and and NEVER reimbursed me for the 5 hours I taught the class. LARRY IS A THIEF. Forward and in cab cameras makes it more annoying for a journeyman driver, and you will be watched live on camera weather they admit it or not. Great place to start cause they will hire anyone who walks in off the street, get in and Get The Hell Out as fast as you can. I walked out for 2 reason…. #1. They will never be honest with you. #2. Jessica the dispatch, I couldn’t listen to her bull faced lies and threats anymore. She isn’t worthy of my services. I won’t recommend this outfit for anyone for the reason ….good chance the equipment with kill you…..literally it’s a good chance of danger. SIDE NOTE.. talked with a CRST driver few weeks ago and he said he’s only made $20.00 hr and hasn’t got a raise in over 7 yrs. Does CRST care that he struggles!?!?….. no they don’t. That’s my message and I endorse these facts I’ve stated.

CRST was a good company until Amy Smith took over as Operations Manager. This company went down with all the promises that they gave but no action. Not any of management staff has back ground experience. They all came from restaurant's or a cracker jack box. Jessica is the worse dispatcher to ever have. She is not a blond but she is still stupid.

This is the worst delivery company ever, unprofessional to the extreme level. Since last week, we tried to receive our package. We paid for the shipping, I got multiple messages saying the package was arriving, excessive texting kept on coming then the package became undeliverable because no one was "home". The delivery address was a business address with people around all the time. We contacted customer service and got hung up. we were told, the delivery would be rescheduled the next day, the next day, everyday was repeating the same craziness. I don't know how this company can function like this, or how business can be so unprofessional. I wish I could give zero. Now, they said they have to deliver 2 weeks later, it is beyond shocking.
