From the beginning CT MOVE had our back. Aaron was super thorough and immediately sent someone to the house to take inventory & to ensure we had a smooth move. They dropped off our wardrobe boxes when they said they would, were able to accommodate a schedule change, and always answered the phone. Our Move was By; Thales, Willyan, Rafael, Leo & Hudson. They arrived right on time! All the guys were personable right from the beginning. They all came to work, had such great communication between themselves and us. You could tell they were definitely a team. It was 90° the day we moved and no one complained, they all just did what they had to do and did it well! Also, have to say…The trucks are so clean! Our move was less stressful because of them! Worth, every penny!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Thales, Elton, and Henrique for my move, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. From the start, Aaron, who took care of the setup, was incredibly accommodating. I had an unusual request where I asked him if the company could assist with moving my parents into their new home first and then move my belongings into my parents' old home. The company was very flexible and offered new rates to fit my needs perfectly (incredibly grateful for that!). When the moving day came, Thales, Henrique, and Elton were punctual, professional, and extremely efficient (boy, weren’t they strong and quick!). They handled all of our belongings with care, ensuring everything was safely transported without any damage (covering couches and laying down rugs to ensure the house did not get dirty). Their teamwork was impressive, and they communicated well with each other to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their willingness to work with my unique situation made a potentially overwhelming move incredibly easy. I highly recommend this company and if you end up getting Thales, Henrique, and Elton as your guys, consider yourself lucky! Um, wow. This was the least painful and most professional experience we've had with movers. From the first phone call, Julio was kind, professional, and set exact expectations. The communication follow-through was exactly as promised. The movers arrived on time at location #1 to pick up a piano. They were efficient and nice. They arrived at location #2 (our home) earlier than expected and made short, efficient, neat work of carrying the piano down a hill and into our walk-in basement. They covered the rug to keep it clean and were in and out in record time. I would 100% hire this company again.

If you are moving and are looking for a company that will be there for you from every mile of your move , look no further! They even offer storage if you need it, which I did. Aaron was so patient as I had to change moving dates many times due to closing date changes, every time I got off the phone I had Confidence that I did not have to worry. Amber was always there too, even called me on Memorial Day to confirm the truck was loaded and leaving CT to SC. Sean and Christian were AMAZING!!!! They had the hard part of unloading and helping me set up my new home. Add in they also made a stop at my daughters and carried things up 3 flights if stairs. The professionalism , courtesy and respect they had for my treasures , I am grateful I found them for this move. Let’s face it moving is stressful enough. Thank you all so very much!!!!
