I have dealt with this company on several occasions. The product is good the service is ok but the office staff couldn’t be anymore condescending or rude. Each time I deal with them I remember how rude they were and they are. I will not deal with them anymore. They take my money each time and continue to be rude. There are other places that offer the same service!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM EVER! I WOULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN 1 STAR. THEY LIE AND LIE ABOUT MONIES DUE. THEY TOLD ME AS LONG AS I PICKED UP BEFORE THE RENT DUE DATE I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE MONTH. NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO TELL ME IT INVOLVES PICKING UP THE CUBE. THEY LIED & SAID I COULD KEEP THE CUBE AS LONG AS NEEDED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE AND OVER CHARGE YOU. BUT THE DRIVER IS EXCELLENT BUT OFFICE STAFF ARE HORRIBLE LIARS. STAY FAR AWAY
