My mother used this service when moving her house so, I was going to use this moving service for my business, but when hearing the prices I told the Curtis Moving that it was a little too much. Regardless of telling them. They showed up to my place (without my knowledge) and waited on me without trying to contact me. Because I was not at the location they decided to charge my mother's card since they had her card and did not have mine. I called them to request a refund for my mothers card and they said they couldn't because I didn't show up to an appointment I never requested. Just bad business practices...

Regrettably a moving team from Curtis parked illegally here in Highland Park as well as failed to cone off their truck and lift. The lift damaged our car as we pulled into our home. Neither Curtis or it insurance company would take responsibility despite the Highland Park police report and the driver receiving a ticket for parking illegally. This company clearly does not accept responsibility for the failure of its employees mistakes.
