Valet Custom Cabinets & Closets designed and installed a beautiful custom built-in cabinet to go under our wall-mounted TV with matching floating shelves. We started out the process by visiting Valet's beautiful showroom with everything we needed to make our selections (design ideas, veneer finishes and hardware). Before we left we even had a mock-up and initial pricing of some design ideas for our space. Larry Fox, CEO of Valet, personally came to our home to provide additional design advice and to measure. By the end of the day, we had a quote with a computer-generated design of the cabinet we discussed. Larry recommended a Shinoki veneer finish in walnut which is absolutely beautiful! He paired it with a complimentary finish for the custom-made floating shelves. He did that to save us money as the Shinoki veneer was more expensive and they look fabulous together! The cabinet was custom-made to accommodate our Sonos sub-woofer and our Comcast TV box. There are no visible electrical cords as the cabinet was cleverly designed to have the cords enter through the back. The installation process was very professional as well. We had several reminders from the scheduling department before the day of installation and the installers arrived on time. The two gentlemen were professional and very skilled. It went smoothly and they cleaned up before they left. Valet's custom built-in's are worth every penny. You know it will get done right, the first time and you're going to get a beautiful one-of-kind piece of furniture. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and we can't say enough good things about Valet as a company.

I cannot recommend Valet Custom Cabinets & Closets highly enough! We were looking to transform our small bedroom/office into a baby nursery equipped with a Murphy bed, cabinets, desk/changing table, and closet. Beata, our design consultant, truly went above and beyond to cater to our individual wants. Her ability to understand our needs and preferences resulted in a design that we absolutely loved. Her attention to detail and dedication to creating a personalized solution made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. She even stopped by during the install to ensure that our experience, from start to finish, was smooth and wonderful (and it was)! And Lazaro and Steven did an excellent job with the install and produced great work. The final products exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The team's commitment to excellence was evident throughout the project, and their passion for their craft shone through in the work they delivered. Our space has been transformed into a functional yet stylish baby nursery, thanks to their creativity and expertise. Valet designed and installed shelving for 3 closets in our house, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. The process started by making an appointment for a consultation with Robert at their Campbell showroom. We told Robert the dimensions of our rooms (1 walk-in closet, 1 laundry closet, and 1 small pantry). On the spot, he used some CAD software to design closets and show us 3D models. Valet offers an overwhelming number of customizations, and Robert helped us identify the options that were right for us, including several we hadn't even considered. Robert then walked us through the showroom to see materials, finishes, and more customization ideas. At the end of the appointment, we finalized our design and Robert quoted us $6200, which included the cost of installation. We took the quote home to do some comparison shopping. Eventually, we concluded that Valet offered the best value for the price and came back and signed. (The other major place we considered was California Closets....they offer nice stuff too, but they were slightly more expensive than Valet and we personally didn't like their options as much as Valet, but they're still worth checking out). 7 weeks later, Valet came and installed our shelving! The installers arrived exactly when they said they would, installed everything in about 2 hours, cleaned up after themselves and left. It was as painless an install as I've ever seen. Overall, Valet was amazing. We will be using them again in the future!

I just loaded all my clothes in my new closet, returned 4 hours later and the closet organizers had all blown out of wall. What did I do? I donated off more clothes and called Valet Custom Cabinets & Closets! Back in 2015? they’d installed an amazingly functional and gorgeous closet at my prior Almaden Winery home, so I thought it’s a great investment to have smart functional storage here- Catrina drive over to see the layout of the space, measured- the next appt I came to their showroom to see her design plans and make any changes.. I chose the wood and the drawer pulls, and now last week- Kevin showed up - he told me he’d be done by noon- and like clockwork- he was done, all went smooth he said - I’m Thrilled! Again!! Clothes are all in and there is space.. to have a mature company like this is Huge value! They also do garage custom cabinetry and even garage floor epoxying!! I’m a huge fan!! Thank you Catrina !!
