This morning, I had the experience of being bullied by the driver of one of their 18 wheelers who rode up two feet behind my car and blasted me with his horn. This, despite a broken up road, the availability of a second lane and not great road conditions due to snow. It tells you everything you need to know about this company that when I called to complain, the mealy-mouthed executive that I spoke to had to struggle to give me an outright apology--which costs the company nothing.
