Best customer service I have gotten from a business. Originally, I was trying to send a lithium battery via FedEx but since it was over 100W it was considered a dangerous good and cannot ship as a regular parcel. This means that there's extra paper work and even a screening to deal with. But, these guys took care of the problem quick and easy without ME doing all the stickers and paperwork. Special thanks to Mike for giving me all the constant communication, information and assurance I needed to ship it and another thanks to Hilario for the easy pick up. Lithium batteries are a pain to ship and expensive- best if you avoid it. But if you need to, these guys will help you out!
