tl;dr - I called for a quote on a Friday afternoon (3pm) hoping for last minute help over the weekend to load a 28ft truck for a move across the country - Marco had his team here within 30 minutes that same day. I cannot recommend this company enough. -- In prepping to move from CA to MA, we booked a 28ft trailer that we fully anticipated loading ourselves. First attempt at setting up the ramp on the truck and we decided it would be best to hire some help. I have used CA Loyal Movers in the past for a move from San Jose to Mountain View and had a great experience (my friend has also used them locally several times). I called Marco in the off chance he'd have availability over the weekend to help us load our truck - he let me know the weekend was pretty booked, but he just had two guys finish a job and maybe he could have them come right away. We weren't entirely prepared / packed but knew we needed the help so I said let's do it. He called me back with 5 minutes to say two guys were on their way. While the guys were driving over, Marco got my information to send me a quote and make sure I understood that any packing materials that needed to be used would cost extra (showing me itemized prices of everything) so that there were no surprises. Martin and one other person were here within 30 and could tell I was stressed amidst the chaos. Martin told me to point to things needing to go into the truck and that he would take it from there. These two were the hardest workers, took excellent care of our furniture, Peloton, bikes, etc, and had the truck "Tetrised" and packed efficiently in under three hours. All COVID-19 precautions were taken, as well. The fact that from a call to get a quote through having 2/3 of our stuff (what was already packed and ready to go) packed and secured into the truck took under 4 hours total is an absolute miracle. I cannot thank Marco, Martin and the team enough. 10/10 for customer service, especially for a last minute ask. I wholeheartedly think paying movers is worth every penny (I've moved within CA nearly 10 times) and if you're in the area you will not regret hiring California Loyal Movers.

It's rare to experience the superb level of service and attentiveness that Marco and the team provide, let alone during a move. Long story short, go with California Loyal Movers, customer service was responsive and accommodating and their movers were professional, careful and efficient. I was moving 2 single bedroom apartments into a single location. My correspondence and planning with Marco was quick and he provided options and payment that would make my life easier. We eventually had to re-organize the move and again, Marco was very helpful and flexible about the changes. The day of, I quickly realized I wouldn't need to worry about the usual things during moving, since it was immediately clear that the movers were very attentive to not only my belongings, but the surroundings and neighbors. It should also be said that the movers are friendly, efficient and have seemingly Herculean strength. Highly recommend, best movers in the area.

Excellent customer service in advance from Marco. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and Marco carefully scoped out how much time and effort would be expected (by asking about how much furniture to move, how many boxes to move, etc.). Stan and his two team-mates from California Loyal Movers arrived right on time on 5/30/21 and moved my stuff from my old place to my new place. They did excellent work! They carefully wrapped items of furniture to protect them, and carefully carried everything to and from the truck. They worked quickly, but always were careful. Pleasant work with, and receptive to requests. I highly recommend them.

Marco and his team are excellent! They're fast, careful, and experienced movers. Fairly priced and great value. Marco treats his team well, and it shows. We hired them for full service: pack, move, and unpack a 3 bedroom house. Marco was very responsive and helpful in coordinating all aspects of the move. His team arrived exactly on time (to the minute!) and immediately got to work. They clearly knew what they were doing. They asked good questions about how we wanted things handled, and they also showed great judgment on their own. I forgot to point out a few delicate items that were mixed in with bulky stuff, and later I found they had all been carefully wrapped and handled. They worked very quickly and very thoughtfully, and just got things done. I was genuinely impressed. One of Marco's workers told me: "I've been doing this work for 15 years, and Marco is one of the best. He treats his customers AND his workers with great respect."
