I simply love working with Alex. I don't do a ton of shipping but I have used a number of other companies and had been nickled and dime-ed to death. I think I have done 3 jobs with D & L so far and they have all come in on quote, the goods are in great shape and the communication has been excellent! And I have to say that the drivers working with them have all been incredibly kind and considerate.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with D & L Transports. As the owner of A & B Transports LLC, I am appalled by their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. We had a shipment scheduled with them, but they canceled it at the last minute, claiming their customer loaded their own truck. Despite this, our driver was loaded upon arrival, but the process took an unacceptable six hours. This delay is a clear indication of their inefficiency and poor management. When we requested detention compensation, they ignored our calls and offered a mere $50 via email, far below the legal minimum of $150. They also falsely accused us of providing an incorrect ETA, even though we had recorded evidence to the contrary. Their disregard for the truth and their customers' time is appalling. D & L Transports has proven to be unreliable and dishonest. I strongly advise against using their services if you value professionalism and integrity. Our experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope others can avoid the frustration we endured.

Horrible experience with this load PRO#1320211 and Taryn, arrived at pick up and after waiting more than 8 hours driver was told to go to a different location for loading, loaded almost at midnight, after adding $250 for additional compensation for the drivers effort to provide a good service, not cancelling the load and delivering on time. They now don't want to pay, no compensation for the hours wasted and no compensation for going to a different pick up. Beware that they are inconsiderate, they do not make any efforts to resolve load delays, driver has to find the information on his own and provide it to them. Overall will never work with them again.

I'm SHOUSHA TRUCKING LLC. Actually I had bad experience previously with this company. They deduct some money from me long time ago. I tried to contact them no one helped me and ignored the company for using but after a while my driver booked with them load # 1330057. But this time they improved themselves with the whole communication and response timely that's why I gave them the 5☆ because this will help them to keep the good behavior environment for truckers/carriers

Hauled a shipping container for D&L through Logan Talbot. Was told they wanted to use us to haul all of the shipping containers they sold out of Kansas City. Then when checking back, he told us on a Friday that he had a reminder set on his phone to get back with us the following Monday. That was over 6 weeks ago, and has never bothered to return a phone call or text message (which he claims is the fastest way to get a response from him). Pathetically immature and beyond unprofessional. Now I absolutely see why they have so many 1 star reviews, especially if they have numerous employees this horrible at their job. Hopefully the owner(s) don’t condone their business being ran in this manner.
