Rude people. Driver was leaving someone's delivery in the middle of a busy street, spoke no English, refused to take calls from his own company and just waved his hands in the air as if people are supposed to understand what that means. EDIT - It isn't a misunderstanding, and this isn't a construction site. Regardless you can't drop a load at a intersection and block traffic or drop it in the middle of a street. Drop the load in the purchasers property, designated area, driveway, ect. Not in the middle of the street. Use common sense.
