I will absolutely use DA Family Moving again in the future. They were extremely professional, affordable, and made my move much less stressful. They arrived right on time prepared with blankets to protect my belongings. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, DA family moving lost their interstate moving license prior to my move. They canceled on me with only 3 days notice via email. I'm not sure what happened with their license but it obviously put me in a very difficult position to reschedule on short notice.

My partner confirmed them for a 9-10 am move. We called them at 10:10 and they said they forgot and would be there in an hour. At 11:45 they still hadn’t arrived and didn’t respond to our messages for another half an hour. At 12:15pm, we told them we were going to book other movers and they finally responded saying they’d be there in 30 minutes. At that point they had lost our trust and our business and we went with someone else.

Similarly to the comment below, DA canceled my long distance move without warning. They only notified me when I reached out to confirm and left a voicemail. Now, we are stuck with astronomical prices elsewhere…
