I highly recommend Number One Auto Transport. This is the third time I’ve shipped a car, and if you’ve done this before, you know you’ll get a lot of bids. The difference this time was that it was my son's brand-new car, and I was very concerned. I wanted an enclosed trailer. Initially, I received a lot of quotes, and Number One Auto Transport was one of those brokers. In the past, I’ve received quotes, executed shipments, and things didn’t go as expected. However, Rob, who I booked with at Number One, did everything he said he would. I was a little apprehensive because it was my son's car, and I had convinced him to fly home and let me ship it for safety reasons. The car was picked up on time and delivered two days earlier than promised. One thing I really appreciate about Number One Transport is their attention to detail. I wanted to double-check, recheck, and triple-check everything, and they accommodated every single request. If you want peace of mind, I highly recommend Number One Auto Transport. They do what they say they’re going to do, and that’s the most important thing.

I was a little hesitant about using their services because I wasn’t sure if it was a scam or not. However, James (ext 204) was the best. He explained how their process worked and what it would cost. There was no hidden fees, the price he gave me is what I paid. He was very kind and was willing to answer any questions I had.

Outstanding service, I called James last February while getting quotes to send a car across the USA... had a pleasant talk with James... life happened... finally was ready to send the car last week in a hurry... James answered the phone... honored the price he quoted me back in February... the car arrived at final destination in perfect condition.. the whole process was smooth, including sms text from his Team when truck was on the way to pick up....and same at the final destination. HIGHLY Recommend.

Don't waste your time with anyone else but Number 1!! Marc was absolutely fantastic. It all started with him reaching out to me when I was already committed to another carrier. How many people would do that? And then to top it off, he spent 15 minutes answering my questions about why the other carrier quoted me too low a price and why my shipment hadn't happened and what was customary in the industry. He mentioned a few times that if I had used Number 1, I would have been driving my vehicle by now. Fast forward a few days and my 5 day experience and contract with the other carrier ended and failed, I reached back out to Marc. That was a Friday afternoon and I was frustrated. My vehicle was picked up the following Monday at lunch and driven 1300 miles and delivered on Tuesday afternoon ! I was blown away!! First rate communication. First rate honestly. Number 1 does what they say and don't blow smoke like the other carriers. Their team is honest and friendly. Chose Number 1 for your auto relocation needs and you will be extremely happy!!
