Dana Point Moving staff: This is a delayed but glowing report regarding our move on August 7,2024 by your company. On my initial call Mr Garcia was informative, explored options for me, and I felt confident due to his immediate email verification of our conversation. A least two more contacts were made to see if I needed any changes before the team arrived. Our move was complicated by the need to empty a rental condo in Dana Point as well as a San Juan Capistrano storage facility where I had two adjacent units. All this was arranged beforehand so no unexpected charges occurred. Everyone on the four man team led by Frankie was courteous and respectful to us, neighbors, and the rental residences. They handled our furniture like it was their personal heirlooms. Despite a short moving distance furniture pads and plastic completely covered all surfaces. We had a heavy sleeper sofa that required door and sofa leg removals for a tight squeeze that they did without complaint. They worked quickly and continuously. I had to beg them to take a breath and water. Rarely they very politely asked if they could use a bathroom. Our new rental house had a washer/dryer so the team took ours a block away where we had gifted ours to a new neighbor. The cost was fair, staff all seemed experienced rather than random workers, and it greatly reduced my stress of the complex move day. All this work was accomplished in about 7 hours to my complete satisfaction. If only I was as efficient with my unpacking! Though this memo is delayed the entire process from reservation to the skilled finished move was superb. While I hope not to move again for years I would definitely use your company and recommend your staff highly to others. Thank everyone involved for their excellent work and professionalism.
