There’s a reason as to why this doctor/office has many one star. My appointment was at 9:00 and the doctor was not at the office until 10:40. My daughter and I were frustrated due to how long he was taking to get there. The front desk nurse was kind but one of them shut the window as soon as my daughter started crying which was rude. Doctor Garza himself seemed rushed and was passive aggressive to his nurses. The nurse in the room was extremely rude to him as well. My appointment was scheduled six months after I called for one and waited one hour and 40 minutes to be attended.

Excellent doctor, asks a lot of questions. Very hands on and compassionate. Would recommend to those who have a child on the spectrum. Been seeing him for over a year now. Only problem is having an appointment made @ 6 pm, arriving on time and still in the waiting area at 8:30 pm. Cleaning staff just came in lol . Ever since Gateway Health took over handling patients, its been an very uncomfortable experience.

The worse waiting time ever! Everytime I have an appointment I am always there for over 3 hours!!! I had been trying to get seen by the Doctor since back in December! Unfortunately they kept calling to reschedule for whatever reason they had! Then a day before my visit they call me to say that they need to reschedule my appointment. I scheduled for today March 27 at 5 pm which prior to that time I had it at 5:45 PM. It is now 7 pm and still haven’t been seen by him! I should have just kept my appointment at 5:45 since my boys are very active and get frustrated by being in a place for too long!!! Now every time I have concerns in medication to see other alternatives he just wants to stay with the method of medicating my 2 kids! To top it off I ask why the wait was too pong and the lady in the front desk rudely stating “Well im not the one who scheduled you so to bad!” the audacity I swear! then slams the window!

I went years ago and they have stopped seeing me since. I've had an issue trying to get a hold of my medical records or have them forwarded to another doctor and they have refused to do so saying I have to come in and pay them to get my medical records which is not feasible as I no longer live in Laredo. Doctor was OK. After a while I didn't see the doctor and only saw the nurse practitioner for whatever reason but that's OK. The office staff was During my time of going there, the wait times are a mess. It was about 4/5 hour wait times. I would purposely schedule the first appointment of the day or the earliest available of any day and the doctor would not show up until around 12, so I sat and waited for that long. This was not a 1 time thing. This happened almost every time. The office stafff were also not the most competent people, but can you expect anything different in Laredo? I don't think so. Anyways, this was from years ago, I cannot say how they are now.
