Called about my progress about my papers being translated with no due date given only that it would be done in about a week . After a week passed I called once and she said after one or two days it will be completed. Then after two days I was around and went in person and ask to see if by any chance it was done, the lady in the back right corner came out and started yelling at me for asking so many times if it was done. Only asked two times. Won’t go back there again. Happened last year

Horrible experience. A business with No customer service skills . No urgency to get people in and out. 2 hours with one client filling out 1 form? Ridiculous. So many people employees and the slowest services.

These people are the most unprofessional irresponsible people I have ever dealt with. I filed for my divorce March of 2016 and never did I get a call or anything from them to pick up my papers. Yet to take my money they were very quick. I walked in today and it shows that it was delivered and approved over a year ago and now I’ve been sitting here for over 35 min and they cannot find my papers. They are rude and very nasty. I have pretty much lost my patience with these people!
