Travis did an excellent job. He was able to fix our fridge and even came back to check up on it a couple weeks later to ensure it was functioning properly. He knows his stuff and was willing to educate me on how to get the best performance out of my fridge, how to prolong its lifespan, and options I have moving forward with potential parts that could possibly fail in the near future. I am very pleased with his service.

Very quick service! We had an issue with our fridge and Charlie came by very quickly to run a diagnostics test to figure out the issue. He was very polite and professional. We were able to figure out a solution at a very reasonable rate. Darrell's Appliance is now a main point of contact for us when appliances go wrong. No complaints!

Our service was excellent! Travis made sure to tell us everything he saw and what was going on with the machine as well as his recommendations and prices for parts vs new machines. He gave us the info we needed to make the right decision for us. He also did all he could to get our machine going as long as possible until we can replace it. He cleaned the area thoroughly and put everything back as well.
