We are a minority woman owned business that is being discriminated against by DAT Freight & Analytics. We have been loyal paying customers since our brokerage was formed. On 5/19 we were made aware that there was pending no pay complaints on our account and it would be suspended. We addressed the complaints and provided documentation the loads were paid. The account remained active. On 8/1 we our bond expired and was cancelled, 3 days later the bond was reactivated. DAT was contacted to resume service, but we were made aware that DAT would once again need all of the proof that the previous no pay complaints were paid. On Friday, 8/11 all of the documentation was sent to Theresa from the compliance team at DAT. She assured us that she would review all of the information before the end of the day. At the end of business on Friday 8/11, Theresa emailed stating due to being short staffed she did not complete the review. At this time we sent an email to multiple people at DAT requesting to speak with someone who could help us. We were connected to Tammie Wise who is the head of the compliance department. Through multiple phone conversations and emails Tammie was once again provided all of the payment details for the no pay complaints in question. This was very frustrating as we had provided the payment information multiple times. Tammie advised that she would be the final decision maker in regards to our relationship with DAT. Tammie advised that DAT takes no pay complaints very seriously and that if she did in fact reactivate our account, if there was another no pay complaint she would deactivate the account. Before the call ended Tammie was asked some questions about brokerages who are currently in bankruptcy, but were still being allowed to operate on DAT even though thousands of carriers will not be paid, she became very angry and stated it was none of my business. Tammie proceeded to decline our request to reactivate and DAT has not responded to emails. Unethical..

Bunch of idiots on their design team. Continuously changing the layout on the load board. Can’t wait for people to start going back to Internet Truckstop, the OG’s that keep everything the same and have fair prices. Hope another load board comes out and these guys go out of business.

Absolutely not happy with the price increase!! But DAT IS the main loadboard for owner ops. So, they got ya by the balls. Truckstop is good but they have rules that keep them from getting a lot of business from owners and therefore most- simply go with DAT.

Disgusting rude compliance team that told me I’m a fraud eventhough I’m a real trucking company BEWARE ALL CARRIERS DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM take your business elsewhere to truck stop . WE ARE A REAL TRUCKING COMPANY WITH ELECTRONIC LOGS, CAB CARDS , live camera view of my truck 24/7 , a recent involuntary inspection done and passed with 0 violations from Louisiana state police and 3 hours after I upgraded my account to a better higher package account to take advantage of their features DAT send me an email 2 hours later saying we closed your account because you are a fraudulent company. I explained to them I’m very confused I have all my paperwork infront of me , my company name is on the side of my truck , I have electronic logs with my company info on it with motive , I have a cab card infront of me with my company name on it , I have a great insurance policy , I have a live camera view of my truck 24/7 including gps system , I just passed a on the road inspection with the Louisiana state police how can I be fraudulent ? Mind you I just purchased a second truck that I’m doing the paperwork for. This market is already very tough and it’s very disgusting and sad that someone can turn around and call me fraudulent even though I have not done 1 wrong doing . All my freight brokers love my service . I have a 100 percent on time delivery record , I have all my permits to go to every single state. From my understanding DAT solutions is racially profiling companies and after doing a little bit more research I’m finding more similar situations and it’s a disgusting behavior by such a reputable company . DAT has changed for the worst and it’s sad to see a “ compliance desk junkie” accuse a real trucking company that’s been around for over 4 years with every single document you can imagine infront of me to prove I am a real trucking company a fraud . Someone that sits behind a desk that has never sat inside a truck accuses me of being a fraud if anyone has any questions reach out to me I’ll forward every single piece of paper infront of me with my comapny name on it along with pictures of my trucks with them both stating my comapny names on the side

I am disappointed that after 9 years of being a loyal customer and bringing customers to them I come to find out they treat you like something on the side of the road. I was disrespected told to shut up yelled at and ignored on a three way call after staying on hold for 45 minutes and transfered four times.Just because I have more questions and asking what is the difference between one account and another.( this is highway robbery; monopoly).The good thing about being transferred four times is that they forget to tell each other that I am a cu1stomer too . I come to find out that the owner operator package gets to see the loads with a delay of 15 minutes. This is verified side by side with other dispatchers. So basically, you get to pay for the leftover crumbs.Second lie; straight in my face, where you get a free trial when you are a new customer. It was denied by a mean lady; promised and advertised by the DAT. Take your money somewhere else. In conclusion I canceled my subscription in the the same hour; thanks to the mean customer support. The funny thing when you activate they pull your money right away but when you cancel you have to wait until the end of the cycle. This is lame.
