I was running just a few mins for my appointment. The office admin was really rude upon arrival. First they said they would check me in. And then when another staff said something to the front desk lady, she then changed her story and said I had to reschedule because I was late for 10 min. No one from this office ever called and notified beforehand that this was the rule. And I got there right at that 10 min time mark. I understand that the clinic wants to stay on time. However if they have such harsh rules that would significantly impact the patients scheduled for lost of time on the efforts to travel all the way to the clinic, it would be only fair that they equally rigorously informed the patients on the existence of such rules. This should not be how a normal clinic is run. Not ever coming back.

The best doctor I have ever chosen. She is professional and knowledgeable, with a nice personality as being polite, respectful, and always listens. Dr Basham makes determined decisions for the sake of patients' benefits while still keeps an open mind. Easy to get an appointment for urgency or problem visists.
