Rave to the 3 ladies that work at Valley Vision Clinic. So there I was Monday heading in with my young daughter to get her glasses. When that moment happens every parents hates…your child gets upset and acts out in public. Now normally all eyes and attention goes to you and your child and you can just feel the judgement. Well folks not here not today. While I was taking a deep breath wondering how to handle the situation these three ladies immediately stepped in and started to help my daughter understand and comfort her. See she was upset because she was expecting them to be like mine with the clip on piece that makes them sunglasses. When she was asking about the clip on piece and there wasn’t one that is when it began. Immediately the ladies jumped it to explain and show her that they didn’t have a clip on they would transition on their own. She wasn’t understanding, they were so nice and went outside to show her. It was gloomy outside so it wasn’t working so they grabbed a special light to show her. Luckily she than understood. Needless to say instead of judging these three ladies showed this mother and daughter compassion. So instead of me leaving with embarrassment and feeling defeated, I left with a great feeling for humanity. Thank you ladies sometimes it takes a village.

Dr. Graf is amazing! He always makes you feel like you’re the only patient he has that day. Never rushed and happy to answer any questions you have. He even takes the time to talk with my kiddos about the random questions they have about the eye. The entire staff is so kind and always helpful! I’ll never go anywhere else.
