I cannot think of a better person to select as a Realtor for our first time home purchase! David was patient with us, showed us as many homes as we wanted, and gave us helpful information and things to consider when we did have an interest in particular homes. We never felt pressured or rushed to put in an offer, and when we did want to put in an offer, David looked though all of the documents with us and pointed out anything that he thought should be brought to our attention. He genuinely cared about us, and wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with our purchase, and found a home that fit our needs.
