I stopped David’s Reynolds on a Wednesday afternoon near closing time to have my watch resized. Sherry was patient, personable, and knowledgeable about watches. She even took the time to educate me on removing the links myself. I have an unusually small wrist so several links had to be cut and screwed out. It was no easy feat! But Sherry was so kind and determined. Thanks again!

Stellar service - I brought them my custom ring to get adjusted in order to fit my finger better and they exceeded expectations. They gave me all of the available options and let me make the choice that was best for me. They added a spring shank onto my wedding ring, fused my engagement and wedding rings together, and just recently they fixed all of the prongs because the diamonds were falling out. I picked up my ring today and it’s gorgeous! Out of this world service - thanks for your help.

I have been meaning to stop by this store and finally I did. Jamie gave me the warmest welcome. I told her about a couple of pieces that need repairing and customizing and right away she gave me some great suggestions. She also showed me other pieces that were absolutely stunning and surprisingly affordable. Additionally, she offered to clean my engagement ring free of charge. I haven't had such a great customer service experience without dropping a dime like that. I will definitely be returning soon!

Sean at David Reynolds Jewelry did a fantastic job designing my engagement and wedding ring. We ordered a vintage ring from Etsy. He resized it , moved a small diamond out of the center and added a pear shaped diamond, engraved it with our initials, and voila! A beautiful work of art.
