Bad service, never answer the phone, never return the calls do not use this service. They are irresponsible. The person answering the phone told me that they will never do business with me because of the bad review I gave them, Instead of fixing the bad customer service they have. Do not use them. I have no idea why David is tolerating someone to push customers away.

I sent a box a few months ago and it took a while to arrive but it got to a small town in El Salvador. The communication with the delivery company wasn't the best but I recognize that sending a large package via cargo will be difficult during the COVID-19 pandemic, so I wasn't expecting a quick turnaround. It's no frills but they get the job done.
