Ordered a dryer unit for camper. Driver called e said he would be here in 20 minutes. Hour went by ,I checked my phone. Had a tex from company saying ordered was delivered and I signed for it. Called Dayton freight. They delivered to wrong address do they went back and picked it up and brought to me. I asked driver who signed my name he replied he did figuring he was at right address. Called Dayton freight and they had every excuse why he did sign my name. This company seems ok with forgery. Do not use them if you value your shipment.

On Friday January 26th I had a freight delivery refused the driver from Dayton Freight Ryan called me and told me the situation I made a couple of phone calls found an alternative drop-off location Terry at the corporate office that answer the phone made the arrangements for it to be approved to drop off . Ryan again went out of his way and delivered the pallet and even called me to let me know he delivered it.. Thank you so much Johnny Ray
