Terrible shipping company. I went there to collect my box on Friday, they was suppose to open till 5. They close 3. They normally open Saturday until 1pm. They will be closed. So now I can't get my box until Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. Customer service people don't even call and let you know box is there. Or when they closing early. My stuff will be no good when I get it.

This company will tell you they're investigating your claim due to staff stealing your goods and they will never reimburse you nor hand over video evident. It's like they know what's going on and protecting their thieving staff. Try elsewhere.

The service at the head office was ok but the information that was given was not correct during such hard time transporting from Abaco to Nassau during the time of the hurricane room for improvement and I complement a very very excellent employee that works for the company his name is David he is stationed at the dock and mail boat he is one of the best very very helpful for him I would give the company 5 stars.
