Had to send out a bunch of documents and had a prepaid FedEx label for the same. Looked up the nearest FedEx Office location and turned out to be the one in Campbell. Got in and found a convenient parking spot. Shoutout to Ricardo who was amazing and quick with the request. He took the documents wrapped them up in an envelope , sealed it shut and gave me my receipt in a matter of a few seconds I’d say. Amazing customer service , wonderful location and they have a lot of services from printing, to packaging etc. Please do give them a visit.

Thanks to you guys ruining my fantasy football trophy! I was going to even package it myself but the manager said don't worry we'll package it good for you. We'll does this look like it was packaged good?!? Terrible! Tell the Indian guy who did it Thursday June 27th that he's terrible! Wth is this... Trophy a lone is $200+ then all the plaques I had on it. Going to cost me another $400+ to get a new one made. Joke! If you want something done right do it yourself & y'all dropped the ball on this one. Thanks....

This place had great customer service. I was sending a package and they were able to get it done quick simple and easy gave me. The receipt has smile on their face and they had adequate supplies needed. If I needed to buy anything there the atmosphere was pleasant. I recommend this place if you’re in the area.

My package was delivered damaged. Also, the clerk was acting weird when I said the declared value of the package is $1000, said he’s curious & asking me what’s in it. At USPS they never ask questions like that unless it’s international which my package was not. They’re only supposed to ask if it’s flammable, perishable, fragile etc etc.. I have a strong suspicion the clerk opened it without my knowledge after I left. It was an expensive watch and fedex is ofc acting as if they aren’t responsible for the damage.
